This brief prelude kicks off the Seasons album. It’s a remix of tracks from the last Sabbat song on the album, A Long, Long Night. Alane Crowomyn conconcted it to bookend the pagan holidays theme of Seasons. It’s the opposite of Long Night, in that the (same) drum tracks build up rather than fading out. The lyric of this song, sung by Tara, communicates the purpose of the whole album. We hope this journey around the Wheel of the Year will bring insight to those who sing or hear these songs.
